# EIPs Insight (July 2022)

## Summary

In July, the EIP repository received [12 new EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EIPsInsightJuly2022#New-proposals-Draft) as `Draft` and [19 Potential EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EthereumImprovementProposalsInsight/https%3A%2F%2Fhackmd.io%2F%40poojaranjan%2FEIPsInsightJuly2022#Potential-Draft-Proposals). 4/19 moved to `Draft` and 2 were further promoted to '`Review`.

[11 EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EIPsInsightJuly2022#Promoted-toReview-status) are moved to `Review` status, one of which [EIP-2400: Transaction Receipt URI](https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-2400) is resurrected from `Stagnant`. 2 EIPs are further promoted to the `Last Call`.

[5 EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EIPsInsightJuly2022#Promoted-to-Last-Call) are promoted to `Last Call`. [2 EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EIPsInsightJuly2022#To-Withdrawn) are `Withdrawn` and [2 EIPs](https://hackmd.io/@poojaranjan/EIPsInsightJuly2022#Promoted-to-Final) are **promoted to `Final`**.

Notable changes to the process are

* Migrate Travis CI to GitHub Actions.
