## Notes
- Several participants already online by 21:30, and meeting called to order by 21:38. Meeting ended at 22:33
- Erwin is temporarily facilitator. No one wanted to act as scribe. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
- On the feasibility of doing it by May/June:
- Cham: as long we have the Human Resources/Speakers/Volunteers in place, it looks doable
- ensure critical resources: food, venue, speakers
- RK: no objections
- Ian: let's set a deadline for TAF to determine the venue by 30th January
- Bunny: try push for early June, to make the most of available time for preparations
- Bunny suggested we revisit lessons/feedback from PnM19, to avoid pitfalls.
- Eugene relayed the offer made by HOT-PH from January 11 meeting: HOT-PH is willing to help in organizing if the event happens in PAM. Didn't specify whether they want to be a sponsor.
- Encouraged participants to sign-up to Organizing Teams. Team members will choose among themselves who to designate as Team Coordinator.
- re goals/objectives on PnM20
- several participants expressed their agreemeent to the same goals as PnM19 - non-profit, outreach activity for building open (geo)data communities outside NCR.
- no objections from the other parties present.
