* AGREED: no change in sponsorship tiers since we already received funds from sponsors using the same

* Marx to follow-up with UPD department/faculty/orgs for interest in
* presentations for the ~~Academic~~ Research track
* RK opines on "academic track" having some "baggage" or expectations we may not be able to manage

* In a meeting with SotM Asia folks, maning invited them to participate/present in the PnM event for November
* one of the ideas is a tapok-tapok session with OSM in Asia folks
* sotmasia21 will be hosted by Sri Lanka
* no details about online sotmasia21 plans
* Erwin proposed a poster-making contest in lieu of logo-making contest since Cham already invested a lot of time and effort in the current design
* Maning: in sotm20, poster-making didn't make any significant impact
* Erwin: contests should contribute to helping promote awareness for the event
* Erwin to discuss proposal with Cham/Marketing
