## General
* Use English for communications, whenever possible (we have international registrants)
* Encourage participants to express themselves in their preferred languange but the MoC or moderator must translate questions (and responses) in English, if necessary.
## Setup

* crew must enable Telegram voice calls and accept voice calls from members of this group

* queue the first video
* streaming and recording
* setup YT video stream
* and ready the stream key for the day
* start video stream
