# Terms of Reference for Video Editing and Production of Highlight Reel for Pista ng Mapa 2020 ## Background Pista ng Mapa 2020 was successfully held during the first three fridays of November 2020. This online event was livestreamed on the Pista ng Mapa Youtube Channel. <link here> Streaming was done from 2pm to 9:30pm which includes presentations, workshops, breaks, etc. ## Objective of the Engagement The live stream videos are stored in their raw form, which includes dead airs, breaks, and various technical issues. To support the objectives of the conference, clean (visually pleasing and audible) and concise videos should be made avaialble on its YT channel. With this in mind the raw videos needs: * Editing Clipping, trimming of the video to remove dead air moments, * Time markers e.g. for Q and A segments * Production of highlight reel ## Methodology * Contractor will be given editor access to PnM Youtube Account. * Contractor will use the YT editing feature for each live video. * Contractor will add time stamps, and markers to the live videos. * Contractor will propose an initial plan for the highlight reel to be accepted and approved by the PnM organizing committee. * Contractor will provide an intial edit for comments and suggestions. * Final edit would be uploaded on the PnM YT channel. ## Responsibilites of PnM 20 Organizing team * Provide YT access to contractor. * Provide feedback in a timely manner. Should the team not be able to respond with a week through a formal communication e.g. email, the contract may decide based on their own judment. * In reasonable circumstances pay for software fees that the contractor will use. PnM 20 Organizing team will not pay for software subscription not agreed upon in the detailed work plan. ## Deliverables and Outputs 1. Highlight Reel peg 2. Detailed Workplan, and Delivery Schedule 3. Edited Day 1, Day 2 and Day3 Videos with corresponding time markers 4. 2 minutes Highlight Reel Video of the 3 Day Event ## Payment Schedule 1. Deployment fee - After receipt of HR peg, workplan and delivery schedule - 20% 2. Day 1 Video 15% 3. Day 2 Video 15% 4. Day 3 Video 15% 5. Highlight Reel Initial Cut 20% 6. Highlight Reel Final Edit 15%
