Reach possible target audience. - Poster should be optimised for social media - Diversity and inclusion should be reflected in the poster. These values are also nice to connect with international discussions by the geospatial community. - Audience localisation - we're trying to target audiences outside of Metro Manila - Marketing/Pub team needs to create the specific mechanics for this. We should set a separate meetings. - Look for similar events. - Decide how many winners will there be - Proposed timeline: August 1, End of August, announce winners by mid-September. - Requirement: If they win, they need to agree to present a lightning talk about how they made the maps. * How might we ensure that we will reach the audience that we originally intend to (outside Metro Manila)? - Ben: We will truly rely on our networks. - David: We can copy the format of the webinar series of the Co's Digital Flora of the Philippines (CDFP).
