--- ###### tags: `Biznass` --- # Pluriverse Ops Roles #### Creative Directooor - Conducts 1:1 consultations with potential sponsors and grant orgs to understand - culturally and ideologically - what their project is about - Devise a strategy for lorecrafted artifacts that suits their needs - Cat herds the creative community - Art directs the translation of the needs to the creatives that will execute the deliverables - Updates the client, incorporates their feedback, presents the final deliverables, supports strategy on marketing and promotion - Salaried position #### Project Manager - 50%: joins creative in client meetings to help scope, understands the technical needs/problems, supports in research and knowledge sharing, notes and documentation that builds the service proposal, maintains client relations through budgets and high-level collaboration opportunities - 50%: populates a backlog of tasks, manages the assignment and friction of tasks, helps source creative personnel, assists in the technical scoping and production (minting NFTs, custom builds, etc), DAO operator (proposal flow) - Salaried position #### BizDev/Hunter - Responsible with bringing in new clients - Provided with a Pluriverse CRM listing organizations we want to partner with - Attends meetings to discuss unique strategies for each potential client - Makes first contact with the client, builds and sustains relations over time - Crafts and follows a script that is maintained by the team to keep up to date with recent DAO changes - Incentivized by 10% commission on confirmed clients, released during escrow #### Trader - Manages the funds within all of the treasuries of the DAO. Each requires a unique strategy. - Generally motivated for growth and to curb downwards volatility: - Conservative (<10%) for grant and project safes - Moderate (10-20%) for sponsorship safes - Experimental (>20%) for sales/profits/yields safes - Incentivized by 10% commission on new principle investments, 1% for yields (or fair market prices) --- ### Pluriverse CRM for Hunter and Trader Roles - List of projects to approach to join the Pluriverse Coalition - Setup a spreadsheet with name, point person, contact info, and notes - Categorize list by type: sponsorships, grants, partnerships, clients (commissions) - Prioritize list by short- to long-term impact/value - Develop a script to elaborate the value to the client - Share learnings with other orgs
