- NFT sales are kept in common DAO treasury.
- Future projects are scaled to the success of the Potlatch community.
- Projects: Greenpill books, Moloch comics, Moloch storybook

#### Tier 2: Core Content Production (Article Factory)
- Funded by Yeeter campaigns. Regenerated by content NFT sales.
- Success = advancing the DAO structure, attracting core contributors.
- Goal = deep dives into core concepts, building in public
- Tracked via attention/retention analytics of online published content (but SEO is not the primary goal).
- Profits are shared between contributors with % back to Content Production treasury. (Mirror-style dispersal).
- Content flows through a curated & prioritized backlog.
- Future projects are scaled to the sales of the output + Bloodletting rituals.
- Initial projects: ~~Solar~~Punk article series, inclusive/ontological/transitional design-thinking series, wtf does plurality mean article series, advancing pluriversal definitions of public goods

#### Tier 3: Core Product Builds (Design Studio)
- Funded by Yeeter campaigns, private funding, Bloodletting regen yields, etc (depending on product).
- Requires dedicated team for each product (autonomous, separate from the community), manages their own backlog.
- Success = positive externalities, sustainable economics, explicitly defined public goods offering.
- Goal = build pluriversal products that don't exacerbate web2 traumas
- Tracked by dogfooding in pluriverse and adjacent community (use cases).
- Profits shared by contributors with % tribute back to Core Product treasury.
- Implements ontological/transitional design thinking. Documents concepts and build as open source SOP, motivated to raise the sanity line across the web3 ecosystem.
- Initial products: 3x NFTs, Regen treasury diversification contracts, meme designs systems

Each tier informs the other.
Loss leaders stuff is fun and artsy, telling the pluriverse story in high literary style.
The internal design studio focuses on the economic, product development, and iteration. This is concrete, dev- & designer-oriented work.
The content production is the middle, the hinge between worlds. It serves as the portal to bring folx from the soft, outer community layers into the more complex configuration of the design studio.
