# Infinite Projects of/for the Pluriverse
## Three Initial Infinite Engagements
### Infinite Comics
- Begins with a sustained engagement with [Horacio Boriotti](https://www.artstation.com/horacioboriotti) (artist from Gitcoin comics #3 & #4).
- Utilizes a standardized knowledge generation workflow:
- Weekly syncs with client
- Owocki for now, later to expand to the Pluriverse Coalition
- Guest participants: Ameen to discuss the Scarlet Monastery
- Discuss important topics from their POV
- Record & transcribe content, translate into succinct art direction
- Hand off to artist ASAP
- Sketches (pencils) delivered the following week, added to a backlog for the artist
- Pages are inked and colored at the artist's convenience, prioritizing the generation of new sketches
- This workflow provides MVP PoC, but later expands to collabs with other artists
- A pool of artists are gathered to increase the range of aesthetics styles and allow the pursuit of numerous divergent storylines
### Infinite Zine
- Utilizes a standardized knowledge generation workflow that is unique to this project:
- Weekly syncs with a pod (MetaCartel), Coalition, or other think-tank group
- Meetings are a workshop format: focus on action over conversation = working together synchronously
- Each participant is encouraged to "do what they know" and have that session reflect the assembly of participants
- Production emphasis is on ecclectic styles, not standard templates
- Each meeting produces a page that is dated and ordered chronologically (until a later date when a book is assembled)
- This transmedia exercise supplements the theory of the day with a visceral and visual representation
- Not an illustration of concepts, but a uniquely visual way of working
- Success metric for weekly meetings = creation of a visual language
- Success metric for the larger initiative = creation of an ineffable (yet admittedly powerful) affect-oriented knowledge procession that can be intuitively "read" by anyone without needing to be correlated to declarative/deterministic concepts (ie: not infographics, but vibes)
- A core team facillitates the workshops
- Helps with tools and layout so others can focus on content
- Helps remove stress of thinking about the "final product" and stay in the local process
- The cast of participants can constantly turn over
- Workshops can be thematic, but not necessarily
- After initial PoC, we can assemble a team of different designers to pursue divergent aesthetics, concepts, and output forms
- Physical: printed books, posters, chain-letters
- Digital: digital editions, NFTs, real-time updated archives, website experiments, animations
### Infinite (Academic) Journal
- Utilizes a standardized knowledge generation workflow that is unique to this project:
- Project leads join the Coalition
- Conduct weekly syncs with Pluriverse team
- Record, transcribe, and distill conversations into succinct concepts
- Hand off concepts to local team: decide format, due date, other practicalities
- Pluriverse provides design, ideation, networking, and product release support
- Begins as a curated group of contributors to write long-form (ish) critical (non-fiction) text-based works (essays) responding to the creative content of the pluriverse project and its related concepts
- After the initial PoC, this might become an ongoing collaborative engagement with various groups in a "pod"-like format:
- Funds are raised to create a living wage for contributors and remove economic anxieties
- Small curatorial groups are formed with a combo of Pluriverse team and local leads
- Allows the convos, ideas, and funds to distribute quickly: emphasis on production, not bureaucracy
- Initial institutions to consider:
- [LungA School (Iceland)](https://www.lungaschool.is/)
- [Autonomous Intercultural Indigenous University (Columbia)](https://medium.com/@traviswyche/deathguild-dialogues-10-77e836bff2bb)
- [European Graduate School (Switzerland/Malta)](https://egs.edu/)

## Infinite Content Production
### Standardized Workflow
- Recurring rituals to generate, gather, and share knowledge across teams
- Distillation into clear guideline deliverables: art direction, core concept, etc.
- Hand off to core team, empowered with maximum agency and autonomy to decide the direction of the work
- Continuous support from the Pluriverse team to ensure alignment with ETH ecosystem values, in the form of lucid critical feedback
- Pluriverse + local team collaboration on pushing product to final execution
### Every Movement Generates Micro Content
- Pluriverse Mirror (blog) provides regular updates that describe the scope of each project
- Pluriverse Twitter is used to point audience towards longer-form content and provoke critical/imaginative thinking-feeling in collectors (muse vibes)
- Pluriverse team focused on documenting, archiving, collating, reviewing, and editing of content submitted from local team. Also focuses on editorial review, hype/marketing, and meme-ification of content, lay out in prep for publication, setting up project websites, handling payments, etc.
