# Notes Towards a Regen Treasury Stack
### Overview
- Each role has its own minion: Potlatch, Rite of Passage, Bloodletting
- The activity of each group is scaled to the yields generated through their respective strategy.
- The DeFi positions are researched, voted on, and managed by the Bloodletters.
### Potlatch
- Minion is funded by sales of Potlatch NFTs.
- Relatively low priced
- Limited edition mint to encourage FOMO, resale
- 100% of initial sale & 20% of future sales route to minion
- Funds remain ragequittable for a period TBD.
- Periodically, the funds are transferred to the Potlatch minion to begin yield farming.
- Position is decided by Potlatchers, audited/approved by Bloodletters.
- Yields are distributed through Coordinape epochs to incentivize community stewardship tasks:
- Discord admin & conversation stewardship based on core content
- DAO architexture designs
- Townhalls and community meetings
- Community focused Snapshot proposals
### Rite of Passage
- Minion is funded by Blood minion, stewarded by the Bloodletters.
- Funds are used to compensate core content & product builds.
- Content/product teams scale in relation to available funds:
- Initially, only one Master
- As funds increase, Master initiates Apprentices
- As funds decrease, Masters vote to prioritize projects
- No new Masters are added until funds recover
### Bloodletting
- Minion is funded by direct Bloodletting NFT sales.
- Relatively higher priced, variable with thresholds
- SBT: non-transferrable or resellable
- Funds are used as principle in diverse DeFi strategies.
- Yields are routed to Ops minion
- Principle is protected/insured against losses
- Smart contracts automate position to hedge volatility:
- Below a safety threshold, swap to stable RAI position
- Above incremental YOLO thresholds, swap to increasingly risky positions
- Need to consider painpoints:
- Trustlessness
- DAO management and related speed & security issues
