--- ###### tags: `Strategy` --- # Pluriverse Framework Q1-Q2 2023 ### Supermodular - SM has been [incubating](https://community.supermodular.xyz/t/2023-roadmap-early-preview-supermodular-incubation-program-sips/106) the pluriverse. ![](https://i.imgur.com/xsyP17c.jpg) - Last $25k (Q4 2022) supported research in moving away from direct community involvement towards converging on a sustainable economic and social architecture. Results detailed elsewhere, including a dynamic artful sprint that diverged wildly, converged on some keystone ideas, and was presented through weekly meetings to test new concepts with the community, along with a paralel convergence on the economic funding models for the project. - Current $25k (pending, for Q1 2023) supported actions in bootstrapping this new direction. Results include writing/receiving the MetaCartel grant, producing new transmedia artifacts (concept album, physical art), and laying the foundation for a transmedia franchise. This involved preparing a v2 website and v2 Pluriverse Guide before ETHD, attending ETHD and holding numerous meetings with potential clients, illustrating the flows of value of these potential funding streams to support the artists and lore at the center, and elucidating the purpose of the "Pluriverse Coalition." - The final push for Q1 2023 in preparation for activities in Q2 will be dedicated towards generating content that documents, explains, and elaborates the philosophical purpose of all of the above acitivities. This content will take the form of articles, blog posts, forum posts, and Twitter threads that illustrate the story of what, how, and why the pluriverse has come into formation, as well as what the future holds for the franchise. This content will activate and update the community on recent activities under the hood at pluriverse. This includes: - Tech stack vertical - Community stack horizontal - Comparison/critique of other storytelling projects in the ecosystem - Present the case of the pluriverse as a public good - The next/final $25k (forthcoming, for Q2 2023) will support the execution of these designs. April-June will bootstrap a meaningful pluriverse community, secure sponsorship and grant collaborators, and begin execution of numerous new transmedia initiatives (details coming soon :tm:). Specifics include: - Article series: art historical context for current solarpunk lore. This content is motivated to provide critical-cutlural context to who/what/why the pluriverse came to be. - Research blogs/editorials: compare, contrast, scrutinize, and compliment other web3 projects about their lorecraft, post-creator economy values, and post-universal pronouncements. This content has a critical-education motivation at its core: to make explit the importance of exiting this project to the community *eventually* and *deliberately.* - Tweets: disseminate the content to the community, as the top of the funnel for onboarding attention into the Pluriverse DAO, tagging collaborators to strengthen the social network, and general news distribution. ***Note: New comics will be made, but not as a result of the Supermodular initiative. New transmedia artifacts will spawn out of the Pluriverse Coalition and Sponsor relations, defined below.*** --- ### New Sponsorships #### CultDAO: - Their artifact will be a comic, animated series, etc. - Primary focus is on character development in relation to the communities ideology, and mobilizing narratives between characters to integrate CultDAO into the larger regeneratively-minded canon (that we began with Gitcoin/Supermodular). - This is an opportunity to recruit action-oriented thinkers and artists to expand the aesthetic sensibilities of the regen space. #### ConsenSys: - Their artifact will be a new constellation of memes that move away from Moloch and create a whole new vision for DAOs "as a concept" to spread throughout the ecosystem. - Primary focus is on landscape development, to develop the fascia that connects together the regen tendencies of the whole ecosystem. - Micro content generated here will provide new opportunities to respond to with future collaborations with other projects, as Moloch has served historically. #### RAI/HAI: - Their artifact will be a suite of lore that defines the importance of HAI as a fork of RAI, building upon the controversial and deeply important issues revolving around stablecoins and the pegs that bind crypto/web3 to the traditional, centralized, and extractive systems we are trying to escape from. - Primary focus is on defining the pantheon of gods, the high-water mark we are trying to transcend to, by developing the "secular morality" that was incubated with Ameen in the #scarlet-monastary channel of the Pluriverse discord. --- ### Pluriverse Coalition It's like *Tethics* from *Silicon Valley* (LOL), except of course completely authentic. The point is to place a clear ethical stake in the territory that is dedicated towards a general, deeply meaningful goal (designed for maximum inclusion) while remaining dedicated toward explicating the steps to achieve the goal in as clear and procedural a manner possible (designed for maximum adoption). <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/n9cdGXa-uyM" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen></iframe> Core idea: approach each project/protocol to integrate them into a build for the pluriverse stack/community. The collaboration is documented and published, for additional cultural value for both teams. A small sum is requested from each team to go into a collective treasury for funding an "infinite project" that each project helps steer and curate. The first project is a comic (funding goal of $25k), with numerous additional projects that could be offered. In addition, each project will be asked to provide funding for one of their own delegates to attend regular meetings of these topics.
