Potential to collaborate with other DAOs. - Owocki has published *Green Pilled, Impact DAOs,* & *The Pluriverse Guide*. Potential to expand to a wider audience. - These loss leader projects provided the impetus to form this community and now are in a transitional period. #### Customer Segment - Non-crypto pilled (Mothers & Daughters) - Non-greenpilled crypto folx #### Problem - Crypto is convoluted & difficult to navigate. - Once pilled, regen/sustainable DeFi structures are convoluted & difficult to understand. - There are so many stories, narrative arches, mythologies, etc. #### Value Prop - Provides a bridge to the root of the ethos/pathos/logos of the regen ethereum community. (Captures the hearts and minds of our Mothers and Daughters, lol.) - Captures reader attention to specific research and subject matter to learn more. - Publications can be tailored to individual audiences. --- ### Canonical Meme Phylogeny Tool #### Overview - A Git-style workflow combined with a Figma-style (or any UI tool) symbol library for tracking visual, conceptual, and codified changes in memes. - Allows a community to visualize branches, submit PRs, merge changes, and manage the real time evolving development of their shared memetic content. #### Customer Segment - Crypto devs, designers - Meme creators and consumers - Community strategists #### Problem - Memes are often viewed to organically emerge from community, rather than to be intentionally designed, resulting in unintentional haphazard community alignment around low fidelity ideas. - Regen crypto intends to craft community carefully and intentionally, but lacks an ontological/knowledge tool for understanding meme evolution. If meme origins are considered incomprehensible, then community strategy feels incomprehensible. - Memes often originate from a single source, event, or user. It's difficult to collectively birth new memes. #### Value Prop - Building memes collectively allows ownership, pride, alignment, etc., to be decentralized and distributed. - Being able to track meme development inhibits inversion and cultural capture. - Putting devs/designers familair with technical Git workflows in conversation with meme creators/consumers without technical skills will result in stronger pluriversal meme generation (ie: not so specific as to be incomprehensible to outsiders, thereby exclusionary). --- ### Regen NFT Models #### Overview - Potlatch NFT: incentivizes giving away over hodling - RoP (Rite of Passage) NFT: a ponzi scheme that uses governance/community access to incentivize an master/apprentice P2P relation for spreading memes - Bloodletting (Sacrificial) NFT: incentivizes destroying an NFT to unlock greater benefits that an individual can access solo #### Customer Segment - The greenpilled: affluent crypto folx willing to pledge ___ percent over ___ threhshold of earnings to ___ cause for sake of ideological support/alignment/altruism. #### Problem - NFT sales traditionally leverage ponzinomics, fomo/yolo/degen manipulations, and other dark designs to be successful, offering weak community incentives in return. - If we wish to build a pluriversal, solarpunk, regen community via NFT sales/access we need to dog food a mechanic that reflects our core values of moving beyond extraction, with an alternative psychological disposition. #### Value Prop - Bakes regen ethics into the token more literally. Reduced gap between degen mechanic and regen narrative. - Removes trust from the greenpill pledge, guaranteeing the regen behavior via smart contracts. - Combines dopamine/pleasure release of greenwashed activities into fundraising mechanism. --- ### Regen/DeFi Endowment (In-DAO-mint?) #### Overview - Principle investments are deposited into a DAO treasury to be collectively yield farmed. - Yields are used by the community to support otherwise difficult to fund initiatives. - Investment is incentivized with governance/community and/or ownership shares through a Yeeter campaign or similar. - Tokensets, indexes, LP positions, or other tokenized DeFi positions are managed by the DAO proposal flow. - Smart contracts protect liabilities of both parties. #### Features - Ragequittable tribute: exit rights for individuals ensures they can leave at any time - Governance incentives compound over time, encouraging longer term alignment - Safe tokenset thresholds to auto manage position to maximize upside and minimize downside - Failsafe thresholds to auto ragekick funders if market becomes unpredictable/volatile - Insurance on losses below principle investment to limit liability of the DAO to funders #### Customer Segment - The greenpilled: affluent crypto folx willing to pledge ___ percent over ___ threhshold of earnings to ___ cause for sake of ideological support/alignment/altruism. #### Problem - Greenpilled individuals - minnows or whales - want to utilize DeFi for righteous causes, to pool their funds to reap collective yields that are aligned with their ideologies, to support causes they believe in. - "Public goods," creative/non-technical initiatives, loss leaders, and cultural projects are the first to be cut during bear markets and need a regenerative/sustainable economic support system that is not based on GTM, competition, sales, etc. - We need to help individuals, communities, and regen projects realize economic autonomy to encourage diversity, inclusion, and plurality in the ecosystem. #### Value Prop - VCs, whales, etc. can put their funds to positive use without burning or risking the principle. - Pooling/yielding together feels inherently less risky than taking a solo position. - Larger principle investments generate larger yields that individuals can achieve solo. - Encourages research into positive externality ponzis, *races to the top*, and other crisis dissolving game theoretical scenarios. --- ### Regen DAO Patterns #### Overview - Research evidenced DAO patterns, templates, or conceptual models that seem to defy reason (or even venture towards the absurd), but reveal a new way to think-feel through human-DAO relationality. - Co-imagin-eering novel DAO templates outside of current standard use cases. - Using research to produced evidenced/justified models rooted in explicit ideology. #### Customer Segment - Governerd DAOists - Community strategists #### Problem - There's an incredibly long and rich history of decentralized/horizontal orgs, but they are often reduced to a few models. - The propensity of DAOists is to standardized models in use, which can be limiting to imagining truly novel org formations/configurations. - If we expect to escape the multipolar trap of the metacrisis, we must make moves to not repeat the mistakes of history by implementing pluriversal values in our org architectures. #### Value Prop - Surprising new organizational architectures will lead to surprising new human socio-cultural/relational orientations. - Slow, deliberate, careful research cultivates a higher fidelity meditation on how the tech stack in-forms and out-forms the social stack, and vice versa. --- ### WarGames (PeaceGames) #### Overview - Co-imagin-eer game theoretical scenarios for DAOs based on existing game models, leading to novel game scenarios emerging from blockchain/DAO orientations. - Emphasize agile design thinking methodologies to observe, extract, analyze, and synthesize user data during the games to serve as a public good for DAO tooling and smart contract builders in the ethereum ecosystem. - Set a precedent for a DAO-centric pluriverse in opposition to the centralized metaverse LARPing sandbox for AR/VR devs to elaborate. - Design utility for the in-game economy that translates to in-DAO value, in combination with the regen NFT ideas above. #### Customer Segment - Governerd DAOists - RPG/game theoretical enthusiasts - UX researchers, UI designers #### Problem - We need a sandbox to speed run multipolar trap, tragedy of the commons, dystopian externalities, etc. using the tools at our disposal, to inform the tools we need to build (a speculative vision into the future). - We need a sandbox to simulate cultural, economic, and administrative capture for our own DAO formation, to avoid falling back upon "common sense" bureaucratic configurations. #### Value Prop - Removes the fog of war and helps to align our incentives towards ensuring the responsible co-building of the Quadratic Lands. - Provide essential UX research for communities dedicated to not repeating the historical terrors of trad/centralized/top-down models.
