5. Specific Business

    - Promoting Socials: James has set up Luma and is looking to running that and potentially replacing meetup in the future. 
            - DONE: Anyone who knows an IT workplace that is worth reaching out to for tours or as a venue can go into the [list of venues spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yRKy9xZxra5-bpzPcscuEds4r2axxmh8PoaTxo1jn30/edit?usp=sharing)

          * Sat 2026-03-28 Summary:
              * Harry set up event without issue. Confirmed with Harry and Drew the next couple Installfests, subject to change, so keep in contact with Drew closer to the dates.

                  * October 31st, 12:30-16:30
              * As JAFWA covered the Venue costs, I waived fees for those involved, so attendees only needed to pay $5 for JAFWA event cost.
              * Recieved a $20 cash donation from someone named Dale. I pocketed the cash and sent $20 to the PLUG bank account.
              * WYATT - Given access to socials, made a facebook post about the event to test facebook access.
