* draft of newsletter is looking good
* only hold ups are
* deploying hack.plasmapy.org
* writing out section for Proton Radiography
* should be able to release in 1-2 wks
* will get every sorted so newsletter can be sent as soon as the hack.plasmapy.org website is ready for public
* Hack Week & website
* last meeting was last Friday (3/26)
* norminal format set to two 2 hr blocks separated by a 1hr social hour block
* 1st 2hr block more formal with a presentation and hack to go with it
* 2nd hr block is more informal where it's a free hack session
* topics will be what attendees want to work on
* we will seed topics if attendees do not bring anything forward
* website
* Nick got the landing page written and deployed
* I [Erik] currently filling out remaining structure
* need to request review from Steve and David when I open the PR
* Need to make sure everyone in the Planning Committee is okay with saying "by PlasmaPy"
* Mike Brown is developing code (in python) for a math methods text book
* using www.deepnote.com for showing code (a non-open-source rival to <https://mybinder.org>)
* not sure if there are collaboration points
