* **We have about 5-6 people that are willing to lead sessions/breakout rooms**
* **Keep the main room a general room instead of a breakout room.** This will facility distriubtion to breakout rooms and act as a kind of a help desk. If participants are too few, then we can make the main room back into a work room.
* Only record Days 1 & 2 and the demo of day 3
* It is okay to pronounce "OMFIT" as either "OMFIT" or "OMFIT" 😬
* Distribution list from David: The main thing about the distribution list is to think about when we want to send out reminders and how many, but we can likely defer this conversation to next week
* During breakouts, the main Zoom room can be a community square
