Pull requests **MERGED** 1. ... ## Attendees * Erik * Steve * Ben * David ## Action Items ***Nick*** * Ping program manager about using the consulting pool for YouTube ***Erik*** * Ping Gio about putting together a quote for us * Look for wording for final approval of quality of video ## Minutes * Release of `v0.7.0` * all blocking PRs are merged * Dominik is going through the release process this week * hopefully the release will happen within the next week * Gio and YouTube * Shouldn't this come out of Nick's consulting budget pool? ... This is what that pool is for. * **Let's proceed with trying to do this through thge consulting pool!** * Would need to give the program manager a heads up for what we want to do with that pool. * General concensus is to have Gio give us an invoice that is just paid by us upon delivery. ... much like an invoice from a machine shop * Look for wording on quality of video must meet PlasmaPy's standards * DPP and the booth * The winds are saying we skip the booth this year, but return to it for next year * Erik thinks the real benefit of having the booth is being able to actively code and converse with potential users/contributors at something beyon a surface level. * Since Nick won't be at APS, Erik wouldn't be ablt to fly out until Tues/Wed at the earliest, and APS is hybrid, Erik thinks we won't be able to leverage the full benefits of the booth.
