Interoperable Reusable * Not a role for PlasmaPy put to be on our radar * Should ask around to figure out the history of NASA open data policies. How did this get started? How did CDF files come into existence as a standard? How much resistance was there? * Need a huge amount of infrastructure to make this happen. Would need dedicated funding. * [MagNetUS meeting](https://sites.google.com/wisc.edu/magnetus2021/home/registration?authuser=0) was last week. Steve & David attended in person; Nick was hanging out on Slack talking about open metadata standards. * MagNetUS came from a specific recommendation of the DPP-CPP report and the FESAC Long Range Planning report * Some of the wording may have been more DOE specific * Would it be worth us planning a meeting with labs? To help find out what would be useful in PlasmaPy for them.
