* Dominik is looking into and thinks he knows...will update
* knows he knows nothing, apparently
* DOI's (in ref to [PR 900](https://github.com/PlasmaPy/PlasmaPy/pull/900))
* Will not include a `plasmapy.__doi__`
* Have DOI's in the docs `citation.rst`
* Should mention both the version and concept "global" DOI's, but inform users to cite the version DOI linked to the `plasmapy` version he/she is using.
* Add a link to download citation...bibtex...how about other formats?
* Erik has a mid-October collab meeting; attention diverted (apparently helpful when filled with neutral gas or something)
