# 日常維護SOP (板橋貨櫃)

## 1. Overall

**每次日常維護皆須要做到以下幾點事項，最後離開前要再double check一次**
:::

1. 各儀器維護前須紀錄當下數值
2. TEOM AE33每周需下載資料
6. 注意換濾紙時間:

* teom 換濾紙(**每個月**)
* 氣體 換濾紙(**每兩周**)

10. 換 dryer (記得注意乾燥豆的用量，避免用完才補)
11. cpc加水,倒水
14. 若儀器有出現異常，記得記錄下來維護日期及數據異常值 (看要不要寫在群組記事本中)
15. 觀察數據 都沒問題的話例行公事才算結束

## 2. 軟體重開
### 隧道電腦(上)

#### SMPS_nano
1. 儀器休息時 按`紅色停止鍵` 按叉叉關掉
2. 開啟 **Aerosol Instrument Manager 9.0 (綠色字AIM)**
3. `File` → `New` **檔案名稱為日期** (例:20220824)→開啟檔案
4. `Run` → `Properties` 中的設定
* `Hardware Setting` → `CPC` = 3788 low | `DMA`=3085 | `Classifer` = 3080 | `Sheath` =6 , `Aerosol`=0.6 | `Scan Time` = 300 ,`Retrace` =30→輸入完畢後按下`Set to Max Range`→ 確認粒徑範圍`Lower` = 3.05,`Upper` = 107.5
* `Scheduling` → Repeat every 0 h 6 min
* `Physical Properties`→ 勾選`Multiple Charge Corrections`(不用勾`Diffusion Corrections`)
5. `Run` → `AutoExport` → 確定是`dw/dlogdp`那個 → 存檔
6. `Run` → `Properties` → `Scheduling` → 時間調6的倍數

### PK電腦(下)

#### SMPS_long
1. 儀器休息時 按`紅色停止鍵` 按叉叉關掉
2. 開啟 **Aerosol Instrument Manager 9.0 (綠色字AIM)**
3. `File` → `New` **檔案名稱為日期** (例:20220824)→開啟檔案
4. `Run` → `Properties` 中的設定
* `Hardware Setting` → `CPC` = 3788 low | `DMA`=3081 | `Classifer` = 3080 | `Sheath` =4 , `Aerosol`=0.6 | `Scan Time` = 300 ,`Retrace` =30→輸入完畢後按下`Set to Max Range`→ 確認粒徑範圍`Lower` = 11.5,`Upper` = 604.3
* `Scheduling` → Repeat every 0 h 6 min
* `Physical Properties`→ 勾選`Multiple Charge Corrections`及`Diffusion Corrections`
5. `Run` → `AutoExport` → 確定是`dw/dlogdp`那個 → 存檔
6. `Run`→ `Properties` → `Scheduling` → 時間調6的倍數
#### APS
1. 儀器休息時(時間是6的倍數時) 按紅色停止鍵 按叉叉關掉
2. 開啟 **Aerosol Instrument Manager 10.3**
3. `File` → `New` **檔案名稱為日期** (例:20220824)
4. `Run` → `Properties` → `Scheduling` → `Sample Length` 調115，`Number of samples`調3 → 檢查是否每6分鐘
5. `Run` → `AutoExport` → 改`dw/dlogdp`那個 → 存檔
6. 按'兩個藍藍'的右邊那個
7. `Run` → `Properties` → 分鐘設6的倍數
8. `View` → `Instrument Status` 和 `Event Data`→ 拉開視窗分別放視窗中右上跟左下方
9. 檢查`Inlet pressure`= **990** 多(低於太多可能有漏氣), `Laser power`= **75**

#### NSAM
1. 打開資料夾(Nanoparticle Surface Area Monitor) →打開軟體(nsam.exe)
2. new file (名稱打日期例:20220824) → `run` → `properties`
3. instrument response(選Alveolar deposition, Lung mass打勾, Lung Surface Area 打勾) 可能都已預設好，確認正確就行
4. Setting → `Sample length`設五分鐘、`Averaging interval`設10秒、`Run continuous`打勾並設1分鐘 意思是測五分鐘，10秒測一次，休息一分鐘。可能都已預設好，確認正確就行
5. `Auto-Export Data` → Data types全勾, output file type勾excel, delimeter勾tab → 按OK
6. `Start at Time` 設六分鐘的倍數 → 確定
