## Proposal from Pixel Ranch LLC

- **Goal**
- Expand the existing APIs and add a cumulative SLDs chart with table to the registrars section.

- **Expected Deliverables**
- Add two pass-through APIs to the existing AWS API deployment.
- Add a pass-thru API from stats.varo.domains for use by a cumulative SLDs chart.
- Add a line chart displaying Handshake cummulative SLDs to the registrars page.
- Add a SLD registrations per TLD table to the registrar page.

## Escrow Payment

Verified payment of **1,000 USDC** into Smart Invoice on Ethereum Mainnet will initiate project.

Note that payment is in USDC on the Ethereum Mainnet network.

Please reach out if you have any questions about this process.

Please connect with your EOA (externally-owned account) to submit payment into escrow.

Upon successful completion of each milestone, we will ask you to release escrow payments.

## In case of dispute

If you lose confidence in the service provider at any time, you may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

If you do not release funds upon completion of deliverables, the service provider may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

In both cases, the `Lock` triggers the arbitration provider, LexDAO, to review the dispute. Based on their review, the LexDAO will decide which party should receive what amount of funds, and will send a transaction to the escrow contract that will transfer the appropriate amounts to each party.

We sincerely hope this won't be the case, but all parties are protected nevertheless.
