ROOT Room in the SAC was only planned to be cleared **3 Weeks** after the original deadline. The actual clearing was also delayed by **2 Weeks**, for a total time loss of **5 weeks** of time.

Hey, glad to hear it, but any concrete timeline on when ROOT intends to clear out? Because I understand that things might need time to firm up, but a definite timeline would reassure all stakeholders, of which ROOT is one. Since only one Music Room exists, I think this need may be quite pressing.

As mentoned by [ROOT SI DVP], we currently do not have the capacity to pursue much more. So the ROOT Room shifting does not have a set date yet but we will make it a priority to shift out once the upcoming key events are over.

1. Where to relocate the Piano and Pool Tables

We need a final opinion on where to place the pool table. EHS has already given their approval.

2. Locker arrangements, usage of current SAC lockers

The idea of a keypress was brought up but we need to know more about the layout of the lockers and how they are going to be used.

3. Future uses of Root room before confirming vacation of Root SAC

We do not know how the ROOT room will be used once vacated so we need to confirm.
4. Timeline for above tasks and how that will affect the date for shifting root out of SAC into the cove

This is to better monitor the progress and not leave it like the last time. If needed, discussion of task distribution can be raised up.

1. ROOT Cove. Unless circumstances have significantly changed to invalid why we previously said this was impossible, I don't see why this is still an issue.

2. We still haven't heard how many lockers are going to be making the move from space-bar.

3. It will be turned over to Arts and Maker clubs to book as necessary: since ROOT has cove, why should it not take permanent residence there?

4. Weren't you all supposed to give us this after Open House? Why are we suddenly supposed to handle this now?
