### 1. What accomplishments this quarter are you most proud of?
=> Tung: GreenField (nhiều layout mới), Ambire (chuẩn bị start project tốt hơn?!)
- Cải thiện JS/CSS
- GSAP ở cty khá dễ

=> Tung: làm nhiều task PHP (component, blog)
- Hỏi BE về PHP khi làm

=> Tung:
- GSAP: ít project dùng GSAP khó

### 3. What motivates you to get your job done?
=> Tung
- Isolate yourself

=> Phuc: what if there are so many task to do while the deadline is by the end of the day.
=> Tung: Ưu tiên bug layout => ask for help
=> Solution: plan ahead, keep the team updated

### 4. What can I do to make your job more enjoyable?
=> Tung
- Not enjoyable: khi research nhiều mà ko ra hoặc ra kết quả ko đúng
- Tự research 30-60p trước khi ask for help
- Điểm yếu khi research là keywords
- Layout lặp đi lặp lại

- Read docs
- Dựa vào estimate time, khi có rủi ro lố estimate thì phải ask for help

- Làm việc theo hướng cá nhân
- Khả năng trình bày

- Đọc nhiều hơn, viết nhiều hơn
- Đặt mình vào vị trí của người khác

- Hardest: phân tích animation, keywords để làm

=> Solution: đầu tư thời gian để xem animation nhiều hơn
