## Problem Statement

The world has been experiencing huge impact due to the covid-19 pandemic crisis. People and industries have faced many challenges during this time and, they will continue to face new challenges in post covid-19 time or post lockdown time. One of the challenges faced by IT Industry is the seating arrangement of the employees by keeping all the mandatory norms of social distancing and optimum utilization of the resources.

We have come up with a solution of “Workstation 365” that will help the industries to use their office space with optimization with perceiving the social distancing norms. This is a web-based portal which will help administrators to design the floor, manage available seats automatically by blocking some percentage of total seats to observe the social distancing. Employees will be able to see the total available seats and book their seats for the day or long.

## Why It’s Cool

This portal will provide a hassle-free alternative to its stakeholders to augment their seating space by reducing the cost of improper optimization of the resources such as air conditioning and illumination. It’s a tool that will help employees to be safe in pandemic situation as social distancing at work place can be implemented effectively. The tool will help administrators to manage floor as per their requirements and see daily/monthly reports of the seat allocation.
