# 😉 Wink Assassin

A game of mental tricks and secrets. Keep your friends close but your **Assassin** closer.

## Objective

The objective of the game is for the **Assassin** to kill as many other players as possible without being identified and, if you are not the murderer, identify the killer before you get murdered.

## Roles

:smiley: Human who is just trying to live a long live and keep the world safe
:knife: Assassin who is trying to reduce the world's population
:tophat: Game host monitors each round and can choose to conceal the **Assassin's** identity
:ghost: A victim of the **Assassin's** actions but can be contacted under supernatural circumstances

## Instructions

* The host will secretly notify one team member that they are the **Assassin** 🗡️
* The **Assassin** at each round will choose one person to murder ☠️
* However, the **Assassin** will try to secretly notify the person so no one else notices
* If you were chosen to die by the **Assassin** please stop sharing your video to the zoom
* After each death, the team will vote on who they think is the **Assassin** however the team can enable the one-time ability of *cross-world communication* prior to voting
* After the team has voted, the host will reveal the person's identity but the host can decide to conceal the **Assassin's** identity the first time they are suspected
* For example, if Bob ,the **Assassin**, is voted for by the group the host can decide to lie and say 'Bob is not the Assassin'
* However, the second time the team votes for Bob his identity will be uncovered and the game will be finished
* As soon as the host reveals the identity of the suspect and they were deemed not the **Assassin**, the **Assassin** can immediately make their move
* The game continues until the **Assassin** is unmasked or everyone is dead

## Activate Cross-World Communication

The team has an one-time ability to ask a yes or no question to a single person in heaven which is active as long as there are at least 4 people alive.

However, the deceased may decide to ignore your question because you disturbed their peace and as revenge bring one person ,that is not the **Assassin**, into the grave! :coffin: So, choose wisely.

## Assassin Communication Methods

1. Send a whisper message saying 'wink' to the intended person but keep in mind they might hear your keyboard 💻
2. Send a private message to the person on WhatsApp
3. And any other manner you can come up with that will notify the intended person without anyone else noticing
