Funding proposal: Honeyswap working group - deployment on zkSync Era mainnet, marketing and partnerships

Proposal Description:

This proposal is requesting 800 HNY to fund the Honeyswap working group which was created with the goal of deploying Honeyswap on the zkSync Era mainnet. We're excited to announce that the deployment is near completion, and we are requesting funding to reimburse the work completed on testnet so far and to fund the remaining work required to launch on mainnet. Additionally, a portion of the funding will be allocated to marketing and partnerships to help grow liquidity and volume on the new network post-launch.

Goals:

Honeyswap deployed on the zkSync Era mainnet successfully - no rugs no bugs.
Liquidity reaching $10 million by the end of 2023.
Transaction volume reaching $10 million by the end of 2023.
Positive user feedback and engagement on the platform.

Budget breakdown:
We are requesting 800 HNY from the 1Hive Common Pool to cover the following expenses:

Reimbursement for the work completed so far - $6,750* (~500 HNY) - view contributor activity in Notion
Remaining development work required for deployment
Marketing - launch announcements and ongoing communications
Partnerships/growth - building Honeyswap liquidity post-launch through a shared liquidity program and through our existing community and DAO friends.
Support and onboarding for zksync Honeyswap users in discord.

*Payments for @Felipe's work will be partially funded through an OTC swap for xDAI from the Treasury Swarm Safe.

Timeline:
We expect the deployment of Honeyswap on zkSync Era mainnet to be completed within 30 days of this proposal passing. Marketing and partnership initiatives will continue throughout June.

Proposal Rationale

We believe the zksync era community will appreciate a long-standing DEX with a good reputation like Honeyswap on their platform. With the Honeyswap team's extensive experience and connetions in DeFi and web3, we believe we have enormous potential to become a trusted and leading decentralized exchange on zkSync Era mainnet.

We hope to be able to use momentum and revenue from this launch to fund ongoing work for Honeyswap across all networks after this launch.

We appreciate the support of the 1Hive community and hope to continue working together towards the success of Honeyswap!

I believe 1Hive gets half the 0.3% fee on transactions? Someone confirm. I upped the volume goal to $10 million since that'd be $15k in that case.
