Most of our proposed work didn't happen and isn't on any active working group's roadmap, so our goal is to find a new use for these tokens that will help grow the $SAFE ecosystem and reward the people and orgs involved in helping secure this funding in the first place. ### Proposed Allocation * Total $SAFE tokens: 132,415.25 * Tokens already vested: 93,109.50 **Allocation Breakdown** * 75% for future work (99,311 $SAFE) * 20% retroactive reward (26,483 $SAFE) * 5% donated to 1Hive (6,621 $SAFE) **Retroactive Allocation (20% of Total)** * 75% to Gardens v1 (19,862 $SAFE) * 25% to Blossom Labs (6,621 $SAFE) **Future Allocation (75% of Total)** * 80% added directly to gardens v2 funding pools (79,449 $SAFE) * 20% to Gardens Swarm to fund ongoing development of the gardens v2 platform (19,862 $SAFE) * Paid 50% upfront and 50% when deliverables below are met ### Gardens v2 Development Deliverables **Product Deliverables** * 2 Conviction Voting strategies available: Grants & Signaling * 4 Governance Weight Systems available: Fixed, Capped, Unlimited, and Quadratic * Gitcoin Passport integration for Sybil Resistance * CV Proposals are disputable, ruled on by a Gnosis Safe * Deployed to Gnosis Chain * Free of bugs and vulnerabilities * Smart contracts have passed a security audit **Program Deliverables** * Create a gardens v2 Community with $SAFE as its staking token and a Community Covenant published. * Establish a Council Safe of at least 6 owners, with signers representing expertise in Conviction Voting and/or $SAFE community leaders. * Create at least 1 narrowly-defined Conviction Voting Funding Pool targeting a specific need identified by the Safe ecosystem. * The Council Safe agrees on pre-defined success metrics for the Funding Pool. * At least 10,000 $SAFE has been deployed to gardens v2 Funding Pools, for at least 1 month without a successful hack or an abusive proposal being executed. * All remaining $SAFE has been sent to the Council Safe for the new Safe community.
