LGM 2022 is postponed

2) Changes we have to make if we are to host in 2022
- Refocus effrts to help the community to recover from Covid-19 (2020)
- ICTA has own Jitsi up, lets promote it (https://meet.gov.lk/)?
- Free Software Advocacy is what we should do at this time of crisis
- Run Awareness campaign about free and open source sottware
- Agreed to send an open letter to the respective parites requesting
