# Typist 表單串CRM

因早期寫法只有將英語系國家(EN)做獨立模板,所以非EN地區的網頁路徑依舊在該語系下

* ## 表單新增兩個欄位,於 typist/index.php 底下新增,並修改placeholder文字

* ## 確認CSS/JS在頁面中皆已載入 :pushpin:

- EN系國家:找到對應代碼(原網頁內容已經寫好了),新增 Country label

- 非EN系國家,以deu為例:找到對應代碼, 原網頁內容寫在該地區路徑下檔案,新增 Country label
