Your tasks as chair/runner:
Chair:
- is contact point for speakers before and during workshop
- welcomes the audience and introduces the session
- introduces the speaker
- encourages the discussion after each talk
- enforces the time keeping
Runner:
- collects slides PDF before session from the speakers
- starts the presentations on the laptop
- checks the time during the talk and informs the speaker/chair (with 2 min, 0 min paper)
- hands microphones to audience during discussion
