### Description

Next signer release will allow users to exit their validator through the brain UI. Also there is implemented a mandatory signer bump version for Capella.

### Test

1. Install signer production with production hash (see hash above)
2. Import validators with deposit
3. Wait for attestations
4. Update Signer with update hash (se hash above)
5. Verify Signer logs mention **Capella**

Spec Name: CAPELLA, Fork Epoch: 162304, First Slot: 5193728

6. Verify that the validartors are still attesting after the update
7. Switch consensus client to **Teku** with checksync and verify attestation
8. Perform exit with a validator without the depsit
9. Perform exit witha a validator with deposit
