GP accepts bid 2. marketpalace creates a capital call DB record for the bid 3. marketpalace instantiates a capital call contract on behalf of GP with initalization parameters - lp wallet source address - capital denom - capital amount - fund denom - fund shares - due date - 3rd party admin address (marketpalace) 4. marketpalace grants permission to contract to mint and withdraw fund coin on behalf of GP 5. LP funds wallet with stable coin via wire 6. marketpalace commits capital to contract on behalf of LP (escrow capital) 7. capital remains in contract escrow pending sub due date 8. LP may choose to recall capital from contract before due date 9. on due date marketpalace calls the capital on behalf of GP, escrowed stable coin transfers to the fund marker, fund coin is minted and withdrawn into lp wallet 10. if something goes wrong... the specified 3rd party admin (marketpalace) is permitted to refund all escrowed assets
