# Volunteer

# Check the calendar you can go for the date
Make sure LinhT.Tran#8783 has sent out the cal invite for you!
# Send your reading list
First, have a question that should be discussed! The question should be:
1. Related to public goods
2. Open ended
3. Relevant to web3
Another way is that you can look at what has been shared over the week and pick a question relevant to what people have been talking about!
Try to find readings that are relevant to the question. Here's a template
```
[emoji] Level # article: EASY/MED/HARD, [why is this relevant]
Author: Article name, [link]
```

# Prepare for your session
I recommend preparing a hackmd page/documentation where you can prepare tl;drs of your readings that the public library can read before going into the session!
At the end of each reading, its good to have a facilitation question that people can use as context for discussion.
Here are some suggestions on what makes a good facilitation question:
- People can share their experiences
- People can share their perspectives
- They try to build up towards the overall question for the session
- Control the session cadence. Start with harder and more complex questions while the session still has high energy. End with questions that people can help reflect on their own experiences
