# OSM-PH LoCo channel: Guidance for reporting inappropriate, spam or abusive content

Your time and peace of mind is precious, and we run a number of bots (Rose, Combot and [fosmbot](https://github.com/valornaram/fosmbot)) to help us minimize inappropriate content, or spam. We are also part of a federation of OSM-related user groups, and once a user is banned in federated group, they are automatically banned in others member of the federation.

==Everyone is welcome to report inappropriate posts, including spam or abusive content.== Reply to the suspicious channel message with a `/report` or tag `@admin` in your message, and any available volunteer moderator will review the message and act (Muting, kicking, and banning are options we consider) on the account, as necessary.

For abusive messages sent in private, please report the user by sending a screenshot of the message to one of the users with a star beside their name in the channel's users list.
