- 推舉：凡具選舉人資格者，可於選委會公告後至登記截止前，向選委會推舉具備資格之被選舉人。推舉內容需包含被推舉人對開放街圖之貢獻。
- 自行登記：凡具被選舉人資格者，可以於選委會公告後，登記截止前向選委會提出登記。

### 鄧東波

- 提名理由:
- 鄧東波先生為荷蘭屯特大學地球觀測及地理資訊科學學院 (ITC)博士候選人，專職於地理資訊處理、語意網及開放資料之研究工作，有逾 10 年之地理資訊的研究工作經驗 。
- 2005年加入「開放街圖」(OpenStreetMap, OSM) 社群，參與繪圖工作。並於 2012、2013、2015 年籌辦 SotM Taiwan。
- 代表台灣開放街圖社群，參與 SOTM Asia 等國際社群交流活動。
- 第一屆OSM社群理事長，為OSM社群勞心勞力，貢獻良多。其實社群成立之前，東波對於台灣的OSM推廣不遺餘力，也多虧有他播種(當然還有別人)，OSM運動才能在各地逐漸開花結果。

- 為HOT voting member，在台灣與國際積極推廣OSM在防災與人道救援上的使用 ([https://hotosm.org/users/kuo\_yu\_slayer_chuang](https://hotosm.org/users/kuo_yu_slayer_chuang))
- 為究心公益科技 (GeoThings) CEO，該公司開發之究平安 (geoBingAn) 以及 geoMapTool 是以 OSM 向量資料為基礎，免費提供可離線快取 Mapbox 衛星圖並編輯 OSM 向量資料工具。也因為應用OSM資料於防災能量建置上，GeoThings 和 Mapbox 目前是合作夥伴，因此 GeoThings 所開發的 App 在衛星離線圖磚使用量上有更大的使用量 (default 4K tiles, with geoMapTool can work offline up to 10K tiles)。
- 團隊執行亞洲開發銀行 (Asian Development Bank) 計劃，該計劃利用 OSM 為基礎，透過究平安 (geoBingAn) 以及 geoMapTool APP，來訓練災害高風險地區的防災資訊建立能力
- 參加 SotM Taiwan 2012、SotM Taiwan 2013 與 SotM Asia 2016 會議並且報告。同時也協助 SotM Taiwan 2015 大會邀請 Kate Chapman (OSM Foundation Chair), Heather Leson (HOT Chair), Jen Ziemke (ICCM Co-founder), Osamu Ochiai (GEO Project Officer), 以及 Yusuke Muraki (JAXA Researcher)，並於此次大會規劃舉辦第一屆 SotMxICCM 的 Ignite Session 活動。
