# 2022年臺灣街景踏查團-第二次踏查團心得感想

[開放街圖臺灣社群](https://osm.tw/)（OpenStreetMap 臺灣社群）很榮幸爭取到維基媒體基金會的[聯盟補助](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Programs/Wikimedia_Alliances_Fund/zh)，主要用在購置了兩台 Insta360 One X2 相機（與相對應的配件），並規劃自2022年3月開始，一直到2023年2月的街景踏查團與對應的編輯工作坊活動。將辦理六次實地踏查與至少六次的編輯工作坊。社群成員架設360相機在汽車上面，邊開車邊拍攝360相片，拍攝還沒有人拍攝街景的地方。之後回到電腦前，再來用拍攝到的相片為依據，編輯 OpenStreetMap 共編地圖添加資料，以及將沿途經過的景點與在地聚落，上傳相關照片到 Wikimedia Commons 多媒體站。

這次踏查團跟[上次](https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/s8321414/diary/399202)走了不同的方向，上次是往北海岸（主要是基隆、金山、萬里）的方向走，而這次是往鶯歌、三峽、大溪的方向拍攝，與上次不同的是，這次三台車的出發地點都不同（筆者駕駛的車是從[和運租車新店站](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2209949977)出發的，在出發之前也發現其對面的新店區公所站二號出口尚未拍攝，所以就順手拍了一張放到 [Wikimedia Commons](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:新店區公所站二號出口.jpg)上）。

走的路線也幾乎都不一樣（但中間還是設了會合點，是在三峽白雞山的[行脩宮](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/263590699)）。

不過就像上次的街景踏查團一樣，這次出去還是發現了一些執行上的小問題，像是360相機看起來是必須直接鎖在車用吸盤上，不能再多加自拍棒架高，否則會因為自拍棒重量的關係導致相機傾斜，而讓照片拍攝的角度不正確，還有就是……出發前要記得把記憶卡裡的東西通通搬出來，不然中間還要停下來刪照片XD。

### 關於聯盟補助

2021年第四季時，[維基媒體基金會](https://wikimediafoundation.org/)公佈了新的補助方案：[維基媒體聯盟補助](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Programs/Wikimedia_Alliances_Fund/zh)，這項補助會資助與維基媒體計畫有關的專案，但並非由各地的維基媒體自治體提出的提案。

### 關於 OpenStreetMap 臺灣

OpenStreetMap 臺灣由台灣關心投入 OpenStreetMap 的編輯者構成，自從 2010 年開始由個人獨自編輯變成集結更多人參與的共編地圖專案的在地社群。目前在台灣有在台北與 Wikidata 社群共同舉行 OpenStreetMap x Wikidata 月聚，以及不定期的踏查活動。

The [OpenStreetMap](https://osm.tw/) (OSMTW) is pleased to receive the [Wikimedia Alliance Fund](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Programs/Wikimedia_Alliances_Fund/) for procuring two Insta360 One X2 (and accessories), as well as at least six Expeditions and Post-expedition Mapping Workshops from March 2022 to February 2023. OSMTW members will initiate surveys to the street-view terra incognita with a 360-degree-camera-mounted vehicle, then edit on OpenStreetMap and upload media taken throughout the exploration to Wikimedia Commons.

The path of this expedition differs from last time, and we headed south for Yingge, Sanxia, and Daxi rather than the Northern Coast (Keelung, Jingshan and Wanli). The "Street view car" dispatched this time also departs differently. (The vehicle author droves kicks off at [Hotai Easyrent Xindian](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2209949977), so he took a photo of the unphotgraphed Exit 2 of MRT Xindian District Office Station and uploaded to [Wikimedia Commons](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:新店區公所站二號出口.jpg) before deprature.)

The route of these three street view cars also diverges, still they meet up at [Hsin Hsiu Kong](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/263590699) (Hsin Tian Kong, Sanxia Branch)in Baiji Mountain halfway.

"Being a lorry driver is hard: Change gear, change gear. Check your mirrors. Murder a prostitute. Change gear, change gear. Murder..." being an expedition member is also not easy. (I beg your pardon?) We still face technical issues like last time and some lessons to learn. Don't ever mount a 360-degree camera on a thin selfie shtick; it just won't work and wobbles. Mount it on the car rig. And... One does not simply reformat the SD card prior to departure. Its free spaces are occupied by more than just Bytes. There is Imagery that does not spare, and the Great Eye is ever shortfall. Remember to transfer data from the SD card before surveying, or you will need to delete files during the survey all the time.

這擺踏查團和[頂擺](https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/s8321414/diary/399202)行無仝同的方向，頂擺是對北海岸（主要是基隆、金山、萬里）的方向行，毋過這擺是對鶯歌、三峽、大溪的方向翕相，和頂擺無仝，這擺是三台車的出發地點攏無仝（筆者駕駛的車是對[和運租車新店站](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2209949977)出發的，佇出發進前嘛發見路對面的新店區公所站二號出口猶未翕過，所以就順手翕一張囥佇 [Wikimedia Commons](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:新店區公所站二號出口.jpg)頂懸）。

毋過親像頂擺的街景踏查團仝款，這改出門抑是發見一寡執行上的小可仔問題，親像是360相機看起來是愛直接鎖佇車用吸盤上，袂使閣加自拍棒架高，猶若會因為自拍棒重量的關係予相機斜倒，相片翕的角度無正確，猶閣有就是……出發進前愛會記得共記憶卡內的物件攏總紲出來，抑若無路途中間愛停落來刣相片XD。
