### Syncing team members in proposal and profile creation

**Goal:**
- Enable applicants to sync existing team member profile
- Enable applicants to add details to synced profiles
- Applicants can fill out team details themselves

**How to get there?**
- add skills to individual profile creation
- add CTA to "Team Members" in Proposal application for syncing members and editing this information
