*Existing grants system depends on type of chain behind it. For Ordum to index every type of grant we should make a framweork whereby each and every offchain grant must follow*

1. Non-Unified voting system ( Coin locking voting, Coin power leverage voting , etc ..).
2. Ecosystem participation system.
3. Grants mostly geared towards specific ecosystem and less emphasis on whole ecosystem at large ( Generic pojects)
4. Non-unified grant application process

## Desired Solution
*Note that some problems must remain unsolved as they are tied towards deep research approach and proven to work, although they pose a problem on indexing. The optimal solution should let the modularity prosper and enable diversity*

If fail -> Cancelled and proposer may start over
