**Agile Check-Ins (What are your blockers?)**
* Cierra - Grants being issued by WWC appear to be taxable to the recipient. Mike and Nathan advised that they reach out to discuss the hardship grantmaking option as this would ensure recipients do not suffer a tax burden.
**Offers and Needs Market**
* Lori - Civic Hacker Network was approved for its first grant and wanted to celebrate that.
* Cierra - Womanist Working Collective needs a Co-Organizer of Communications
* Ebony - Story-Into-Action was spotlighted last month. They are thinking about a speed round which is less intense than the initial round of workshops. They are thinking about creating space for artists to hosts Offers & Needs Markets themselves.
* Nan - Just put out a call for papers and have two galleries on their Medium page including a series of self portraits for Pride month and another on incarcerated individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community
* Nathan - Working on updating the Community Guidelines and seeking feedback on the Google Doc with a draft set of guidelines that apply to all users on the platform. Mike added that this feedback round on the guidelines is a leading edge of our shift to E2C which will require participatory governance by all stakeholders in the OC/F community.
