# Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊF
2. Microwave the butter for 40 seconds (If using)
a. Let the butter cool before mixing to not melt the chocolate chips
3. Cover the baking sheet in oil of choice
4. Mix the ingredients to form the dough
a. Mix the dry ingredients first (Use the iodized salt in the dough mix and save the sea salt for later)
b. Then add in the wet ingredients and continue to mix
5. Form each cookie with ~ 1 inch circumference of dough
a. Push the edges of the dough to shape the cookie to the desired level of thickness (Almond flour is dense and will not spread out like regular flour during the baking process)
b. Sprinkle a small amount of sea salt on top of the dough
6. Bake for 10 minutes
# To experiment
- Coconut oil: Use a small amount to replace some of the butter and add more sweetness
