- the success. we made it through the sifter of an organization and have become something

- original website
- platforming, getting out there and understood

### What would you change about oneleif?
- **a way for someone with a disability to apply for the internship**
- could partner with big organizations that help those with disabilities

### What role do you see yourself having in oneleif? How would your role grow? How would you grow to meet your goals?
- that depends, do you see oneleif growing as you having this as a full time thing and being able to hire/pay people?
- we would like to quit and work full time
- the role i have now: internship with learning/mentorship, maybe leadership
- wants to increase his productivity in life in general

## Internship
Goal: be a leader in oneleif, and have a job
Expectations: unpaid, no set hours but you should to record them, we can be references on a resume, weekly check ins

opportunites: PR, discord moderation, taking on a project (shadowing/assisting a branch/community manager)

### Expectations
- 10 Hours/ week
- want to be able to rely on the intern more
- PR: reddit post weekly
- Discord Moderation: weekly announcements, welcome messages, changing introductions roles
