## Questions
- How did you find oneleif?
can't remember reddit or maybe twitter (omg the way he says twitter)
- What made you want to interact with the members?
this is going to be a bad interview since it was a long time ago
reddit post - working on live projects, he has been designing in a vaccum (silo)
wants to work with other people, creativity is a collaborative effort
- How would you describe oneleif as an organization? What if you had to explain what we do to a new member?
start with its a community where you can learn new things and meet :sunglasses: people.
art jam with friend every tuesday to give feedback
- What makes you stay in oneleif?
i wouldnt say i've given it much thought
I wouldn't imagine leaving (aww) the people (yesssss)
its not "this is boring im going to go now"
the people
we havent tried hard to make some feel as though they should leave
- What do you see the future of oneleif being?
more projects, there are quite a few on the go. once the website is up and we are in the rhythm. it would be like a training camp.
training camp - climb up the company
contantly bring people through and build a network of people that have gone through the process
- How could the community managers help you/ the organization better?
we are doing a good job so far. nothing NEEDS improvement
everyone knows what they are working on/towards
too early to say. too many notifications.
Possible solution? there isn't really one. it's no different from being at work and having people come answer questions. its more of a "me" problem.
----------What is the goal of streams?-------------
addressing the community, discuss direction of oneleif, what is going on, topics by request
- What would make oneleif more awesome in your eyes? What would draw more members?
asks about the number of members. its more about conversion.
conversion - how to get more members to be active. 400 is a high number. Hard.
--------------question about starting point------
combine introductions and starting thing? 2 tier set up
zach: move intros to website
for those that have selected their interests:
ping them bi-weekly and ask them about their interests
a community manager to oversee each interest channel
get to the root of why they joined and see how we can help
- What do you like most about oneleif?
you guys, you guys are super cool
- What do you dislike most?
one thing: less to do with oneleif, more to do with me
more just me: push the design further. more experimental design. It's very simple.
sabien: V1 is simple. V2 has a lot of fancy features.
zach: im down to have more innovation, since there's nothing stopping us. once we are done someone could remake the front end.
redesign website project?
- What would you change about oneleif?
a tad bit mores structure to the discord
the way we are doing projects is fine, there's already structure to that
design review should be more frequent, more conversations
design review channel, or voice channel... similar to resource/resource-discussion (this is dopeee)
- What role do you see yourself having in oneleif? How would your role grow? How would you grow to meet your goals?
now: dropping into UI/UX when i get a chance.
I would like to take more of a mentorship role
how to get there: interact more. design is a collaborative effort. you get into the silos, and i need to open up more
what do you mean by mentorship?
what you guys do, but in my own way.
do you want a community manager role?
no, i dont currently have the time to commit
it feels like you guys know more
- Final thoughts and feedback
keep doing what you're doing
