How did you find oneleif?
- Runtime terror through reddit, and brought him over (cody)

What made you want to interact with the members?
- got stuck learning on his own and decided to reach out to people

How would you describe oneleif as an organization? What if you had to explain what we do to a new member?
- liberal
- welcoming
- the logo seemed chill
- supportive
- open source
- like to get people involved
- community focused
- not elitist, down to earth (unlike linux -_-)

What makes you stay in oneleif?
- educational
- streams are helpful
- 2 way communication
- not too much pressure
- very active

What do you see the future of oneleif being?
- more humanitarian approach
- take on different initiatives and build bridges
- setting up relationships, not just programming
- not just the coding community but other communities (like nonprofits)

How could the community managers help you/ the organization better?
- github is good with documentation.
- need to break down the discord and tell them how they can make a difference
- its hard to get started in the discord
- more beginner friendly issues, have more choices

- Could have a channel with potential tickets for any oneleif project :thumbsup:
- No one can message
- Only messages are tickets
- Delete when closed

What would make oneleif more awesome in your eyes? What would draw more members?
- **events/streams not just compsci focused. Things about culture (art/music/social get togethers)**
- do some things that **aren't work** focused
- brand that is diverse, but we do want to keep the niche
- want their identity taken into consideration

What do you like most about oneleif?
- Streams. Very insightful. We do it a lot, and consolidate a lot of topics.

What do you dislike most?
- Overwelmed?
- Lot of channels

- Beginner info
