## Questions
- How did you find oneleif?
> Reddit
A design subreddit.
- What made you want to interact with the members?
he's extroverted so it's natural just to talk to others, learn what they are doing
it felt welcoming and interpersonal. not too many people to meet at first. no cliques. open, flexible. Those that are active are VERY active.
- How would you describe oneleif as an organization? What if you had to explain what we do to a new member?
> I'd probabll say it is a community of people interested in tech, open software, projects, comunity coolab, all coming together under one umbrella working towards common goals. open community of people
- What makes you stay in oneleif?
> Three things, The Vision, the People, and my personal interets...
- Very purpu/w//
- The people
- Early stage of org
positive feedback loop
personal interests in organizations at this step. He likes helping communities grow.
an observational participant is enough. likes to understand organizational hurdles
- What do you see the future of oneleif being?
hopefully 100s and thousands of people chatting? with another
more than that I see oneleif has the capacity to be an open promotoer of ____
no longer just a community but a lot of impact
more interested in the impact
- How could the community managers help you/ the organization better?
he suggests improvements as they come, it's hard to come up on the spot.. let people rally on their own it's natural
- What would make oneleif more awesome in your eyes? What would draw more members?
more success stories, to sell the value of joining oneleif. right now its very intangible, the value isn't realized well for marketing.
project completion will help make the case better
- What do you like most about oneleif?
- Three things
- People
- Fine balance between the productivity and the **chillness** :sunglasses: being able to work when you want is a great option.
- Organization itself, core ideas, time long way.
- What do you dislike most?
very much an ideas guy, looking at different ideas and topics. We have environments where new ideas can be proposed. balance between
finding his voice to be heard and make an impact was difficult
- What would you change about oneleif?
getting projects out. new ones to funnel people into or getting more projects in
- What role do you see yourself having in oneleif? How would your role grow? How would you grow to meet your goals?
don't know what his role is fully yet. Likes admin stuff but also front liner (design work) and interacting with all of this stuff. Likes being able to take part in channels without added responsiblities. Not sure because he hasn't seen all the faucets of what his role could be. (Has grande ideas ie project). He has shown what he is good at and leaves it up to us.
- Final thoughts and feedback
creating something from the ground up is tough, but seems like we aren't making the same mistakes he has, we are open to suggestion.
