## Project Status

- IDR
- Will: Testing of NGFF data on idr-testing yesterday resulted in web `Ice::ConnectionRefusedException` and Hibernate query failures: https://github.com/IDR/idr-metadata/issues/696#issuecomment-2186761501 and omeroreadonly-3 and omeroreadonly-4 servers needed rebooting
- omeroreadonly-4 ran out of space overnight during memo file generation with prometheus errors in master.err (70 GB)
- idr-next deployment working with NGFF data (ZarrReader dependencies)
- Seb: best to stop all unnecessary services while running memo file generation

- OMERO
- Andreas: scc repo: PRs to allow filtering based on milestones
- JM: Artifactory migration ongoing. Update to latest version. Can't do Java releases during upgrade. Hope to start this week. Will take some time to copy files.
- Jason: probably don't need older files. Seb: Clean the SNAPSHOTS

- Bio-Formats
- Hold off on patch releases (see above)
- Reviewing patches for next release
- Discussing 8.0.0 changes

- NGFF
- Will: Josh updated script for zarr v2 to v3 conversion. Issues found and fixed in zarrita.js to allow viewing in ome-ngff-validator

- GerBI
- Tom: released the OMERO Treasure hunt - see https://forum.image.sc/t/omero-annotation-learning-activity-treasure-hunt/98222

- Glencoe
- Chris: OMERO.tables changes in web. Faster for all users.
- Maybe announce with blog post on release
- New API to do the query and get paginated data independently
