- IDR (Frances):
- release yesterday prod114:
- search now supports studies etc. Feedback welcome
- idr0146 lightsheet
- HPA run 12 completed
- meeting this morning to discuss IDR software upgrade to latest OMERO and Bio-Formats
- need to convert some studies that require Bio-Formats fork into NGFF so we don't need to maintain the fork

- OMERO (Andreas):
- various PRs for omero-web nearing completion
- preparing upgrade notes for web dependencies changes

- Bio-Formats (David):
- 6.12.0 release: new features tested and merged
- Aim to release on Thursday
- run-through of release tomorrow to check steps/docs

- NGFF (Josh):
- IDR upgrade
- Test, Convert, Re-link, Repeat
- overlap with Glencoe work?
- Potential spec & performance issues may arise
- Paper
- Primary comments now accepted if anyone wants to read through again. (Especially look for re-ordering errors)
- N5 comments resolved. Discussing with Preibisch tomorrow.
- SWAT4LS next week (semantic web, Switzerland)
- omero-cli-zarr: PR for big images
