--- tags: Tuesday --- # 2024-07-30 Attending:Petr, Dom, Frances, Andreas, Melissa, Khaled, Jason, Josh, David, Kyle, Erin, Chris Start: 2:00 pm UK ## Accepting minutes from [last meeting](https://hackmd.io/team/ome?nav=overview) ## Project Status (2-3 minutes each) - IDR - Frances: what IDR would do for NGFF challenge. 3 studies identified for challenge, - idr0090: compound screen, atm v2, looking into converting into v3 - idr0157: plant phenotypic study, not converted to zarr yet, 14 organisms - idr0044: light-sheet data, chunking and sharding, not converted to zarr yet - Frances: Dom has a pilot for testing the conversions - Josh: - idr0044 has been converted (question is the quality of this conversion) - Frances: only one image from idr0044 was converted == not converted as a whole - pilot dedicated for the work is slow - OMERO - Andreas: released OMERO.web, J-M merged everything what is needed - Bio-Formats - following the OMERO release including the latest B-F (fix for idr0043) - zarr java integration tests - Chris: 7.3.1 B-F behaviour changed when things are missing. Files that failed before will not fail now. - Josh: should 7.3.1 be rather 7.4.0 ? Chris: lets see. - Melissa, Chris: to be decided how big the impact of the change is. - NGFF - RoCrate - Rust community contribution: converter.
