## Project Status

- IDR:
- released prod 104 yesterday. HPA run 11 and idr0124 mouse heart morphology
- Infrastructure changes: Deployments in future will take 3hrs to copy data volumes
- Needs more planning, takes time
- Josh: use smaller volumes. e.g. 50TB
- Seb: will ask for more resources on the tenancy space
- Jason: seeing more examples of imaging by sequencing
- genomic metadata on ROIs

- NGFF:
- next 2 spec changes: axes and HCS
- spec and implementations in various tools
- next? validation, collections, rendering
- may depend on community feedback on next NGFF call
- Josh:
- Trevor web atlas project, support bf2raw output
- s3 Auth under investigation for the MoBIE project
- Brain archive Dandi (https://gui.dandiarchive.org/#/): JSON-ld discussion, pydantic
- Sharding support zarr
- Julia storing zarr arrays in differing column-order. Open question to the community.
- Python Zarr 2.11 with some performance implications
- Hired zarr community manager
- GeoZarr from space agency using NGFF 'multiscales'

- Releases:
- JM: CentOS 7 python version upgrade. devspace broken for testing. Fixing in progress...
- WM: omero-web milestone ticking along, no date set.

- Glencoe
- releases: Muhanad and Kevin's PRs on omero-py.
- Mina joined Glencoe team. From vertex pharmaceuticals, WSI
- Kevin: zarr data interactions with the server. Can talk about some more details next week or 2

- Community
- Karolinska prep in progress
