- final stages of prod127 release planned for Thursday this week

- OMERO
- Seb: OMERO.server [dependencies upgrade](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HBFt_OHt5qz5PisR-0vXH0AidJ-YPw513NNeBUJT-iM/edit?gid=0#gid=0) will start opening PRs from this, based on customer security scan
- Good chance for others to get involved in components release
- Good idea to enable github security / deps scan? JM: yes, agreed
- Josh: I get GitHub security alert digest: see https://github.com/settings/notifications
- Jason: Threshold for concern?

- Bio-Formats
- Tests running again.
- Plan BF 8.9.2 release in May. Need to decide on what goes in.

- 1.0 Discussions at Woods Hole OME2025 meeting last week.

- J-M: contacted Julio in January, reduced size and more restrictive this year if attending
- RSpace interest. Rspace now open-source

- Django 5.2 released in April. We have 11 months before deprecation of 4.2 series. Upgrade shouldn't cause too many issues.
