## Clients
- vizarr (Will): No Z/T sliders, no HCS. But otherwise :thumbsup: on the strategy.

## Datasets
- Seb
- decoupled idr0033 metadata repo to simplify work.
- investigated PNGs: they are masks of the *outlines* (info lost)
- Simon has proposed recreating the masks; Seb thinnks it's non trivial.
- Attempting to in-place attach the inline PNGs perhaps on prod89
- Then someone can consume these as overlays
- Likely better regenerating them ourselves
- Where will the ROIs go? orig. or illum corrected. Propose on corrected.
- J-m: do we have a pipeline? Yes. Under /uod/idr/filesets
- Seb: should we attach the pipeline at the screen level?

## Format

- Josh: investigated ome-cli-zarr
- Need for a test-suite linking ome-zarr-py, omero-ms-zarr, have server deployed in Docker, import/export
- Prototype to be pushed in repository
- Modelled on ecdp publication repository/ome-files-performance
- 1 test suite per ngff space. Test upload/export, Java/Python

## Microservices

- Dom: trying to get image-region ms running
- Josh: Simon had Docker-based one running
- Dom: issue with java/gradle version. Josh: see appveyor for Gradle version
- Eventually ansible files deploying micro-service

- Jean-Marie: rename guides sooner rather than later. Will test CellProfiler pipeline
