## Project Status

(2-3 minutes each)

- IDR:
- release next week: 1 large cell-painting screen from Broad institute
- Another screen moved to next release. Some blank wells fixed by re-converting with new reader
- Storage: looking to move some historical studies to new storage to free up space
- Search: WIP: deployed on idr-testing
- Search-engine api deployed, testing by JM

- Bio-Formats
- 6.10.0 released. Next will be patch release TBD

- OMERO (Seb):
- floating point work ready for release. Few more docs and testing
- documentation migration to read-the-docs
- NGFF ZarrReader builds and works on our ci. Not possible to build in isolation: blocker. Needs more work
- Propose to release this week or next, while looking into ZarrReader
- JM: release process of Java Components now automated
- Jason: shame about ZarrReader - could hold off for a day or two till Josh/David available?
- Chris: release not urgent for Glencoe

- NGFF
- Jason: ELMI feedback: NGFF needs explaining to community about when to use, cost/benefits etc. (Glencoe working on relevant blog-posts)
- Jason: thanks to JM/Petr for sample notebooks. Public OME-NGFF samples also useful

- Glencoe (Chris):
- Pathlake conf in London. NGFF well received.
- Will make talk public (need to check slides)
- Kevin working on min/max calculations
- Documenting current behaviour
- Nothing to release in short term
- Other little things...

- Community
- Dundee SLS presentation today 13:00, good discussion. 2 Workshops next Monday.
- JM: French bioimaging meeting/discussion this morning
